Department of food and hotel industry equipment named after M.I.Belyaev

Department of Catering Equipment was organized in 1969 and operates as part of our university for the duration of its existence.

The scientific-pedagogical potential of the department consist of 9 people, including 3 professors, 8 assistant professors, PhDs. The department teaches 13 subjects for students of the HDUHT Educational and Scientific Institute of Food Technologies and Business and of all faculties of the university.

Scientific activity of the department`s staff is aimed to study the processes of food production, development and improvement of food technologies and equipment for their production.
