She graduated from Kharkiv State Academy of Food Technology and Catering in 2000. Doctoral of Department of the food and hotel industry equipment of M.I. Belyaev since 2015.
In 2006 she had defended her thesis entitled ” Technology of buttermilk semi-finished products intended for whipped desserts ” for the degree of PhD on specialty 05.18.16 – Food Technology.
The topic of the thesis for (full) doctor degree, specialty 05.18.16 – Food technology is “Scientific substantiation of semi-products technologies based on proper use of protein and carbohydrate raw milk nutrients”. Theme is approved at the Academic Council of Kharkiv State University of Food and Trade meeting, Protocol №6 from 02.26.2015. Scientific consultant – Grygorii Deinychenko, head of Department of the food and hotel industry equipment of M.I. Belyaev , doctor of technical science, professor, Honored Worker of Science and Machinery of Ukraine.
By the theme of doctoral thesis 19 articles, 36 abstracts, 1 patent of Ukraine for invention and 4 patents of Ukraine for utility model, 2 technical specification for innovative culinary products are published.
