Annotation: utility model belong to the food industry, in particular, to the constructions of the drying equipment for heat-sensitive materials destined for the production of small capacity. Installation for drying meat of mussels, due to the special construction of the dryers allows removing moisture from the product and evenly distributing it on the thick pieces of meat of mussels simultaneously. This is achieved by the implementation of process dryers in the upper chamber and binning product in the area of sludge. In addition, this construction can be used for drying processes of heat-sensitive and exposed to coalescence products.
