September 30, 2016 at the Palace of students of KSUFTT was held the XIII All-Ukrainian scientific-practical conference “Modernization of higher education and problems of quality management of specialists training. The current paradigm of higher education. ”
The stuff of the Department of food and hotel industry equipment named after M.I.Belyayev took an active part in the conference as listeners at the plenary, where global issues of education quality and modern teaching methods for the preparation of a wide range of food industry professionals were outlined. There were presented modern methods of e-learning and the possibilities of information systematizing of KSUFTT developed by IT-specialists of the Center of new information technologies, defined objectives of modern education of accountants in terms of European integration.
After working in the plenary teachers of the department continued to work in sections, where they made scientifical and methodological reports on various topics. Thus, the authors presented by PhD, prof. Deinychenko G.V. and PhD, prof. Postnov G.M. outlined the problem questions on the topic «Ways to improve the efficiency of independent work of students», team of authors presented by Ph.D., prof. Afukova N.A., Ph.D., ass. prof. Goryelkov D. V., Ph.D., ass. prof. Chervonyi V. M. made a report on topic «Self-training as a reflection of professional competence skills of the specialist in restaurant and hotel industry», team of PhD Dub V.V., head of lab. Solonchuk L.M. prepared a report raising the problematic issue «Independent work of students on the subject «Technical information in modern engineering education».
Overall, according the results of conference participants changed their best practices and theoretical models of educational process development and improvement of the education quality and training of specialists of food and hotel industry.
