Ukrainian contest of diploma projects on specialty “Equipment of processing and food industries”

3.05.2016 in Kharkiv State University of Food Technology and Trade was held Ukrainian contest of diploma projects on specialty “Equipment of processing and food industries.” In the work of the jury took part:

The Department of food and hotel industry equipment of M.I. Belyaev was represented in this competition by students diplomas:
– Master research direction thesis by Zubryev A. “Improving the pond fish carcasses cleaning process and its hardware design” (supervisor – associate professor Postnov G.);
– Complex master diploma project, made in two specialties by Lyhobaba O. (FOTS), Dushenok D. (NNIHTB) “Development and implementation of innovative approaches to complex technological and hardware provision of culinary products made with use of pectin” (supervisors – professor Deinychenko G. from the Department of food and hotel industry equipment of M.I. Belyaev, professor Pertsevyi F. from the Department of food technology);
– Complex master diploma project, made in two specialties by Shevchenko I. (FOTS), Zhadan K. (NNIHTB) “Development and implementation of innovative approaches to complex technological and hardware provision of culinary products made with use of pumpkin and milk raw materials” (supervisors – associate professor Afukova N. from the Department of food and hotel industry equipment of M.I. Belyaev, professor Grinchenko O. from the Department of food technology);
– Master diploma project by specialist Sinilova D. “Design and technical equipment of the meat culinary production department” (supervisor – associate professor Afukova N.)
– Bachelor diploma project by Shypko G. “Technical equipment of baby food production department on the base of PJSC” Yagotynsky creamery”(supervisor – associate professor Postnov G.).
According to the results of jury work presents projects received the following awards:
– Zubryev Anton took the first place in the contest of Master’s thesis research direction;
– Lyhobaba Alexander and Dushenok Dmitry took the first place in the contest of the complex master diploma project in two specialties;
– Synilov Dmitro took the third place in the contest of specialist diploma projects;
– Shypko Anna took the second place in the contest of bachelor diploma projects.
